Use of our Site.
When you browse our Site, we collect and process analytics data relating to your browsing activity or interaction with our Site. Receipt of products and services from our suppliers and partners
If we have engaged the organisation you represent to provide us with products or services (for example, if you or the organisation you represent are a publisher we purchase advertising inventory from, or is a provider of IT support services), we will collect and process your personal data in order to manage our relationship with you or the organisation you represent, to receive the products and services from the organisation you represent and, where relevant, to provide our Services to our clients. The personal data that we collect from you may include your name and contact details any other personal data you volunteer which is relevant to our relationship with you or the organisation you represent.
Client and partner enquires.
You can use the Site to request information, or you may otherwise contact us, to enquire about our Services and/or products and services that you provide. Contact information may be requested or collected in each case, together with details of other personal information that is relevant to your enquiry. This information is used in order to enable us to respond to your requests.
Business administration and legal compliance.
We use your personal information for the following business administration and legal compliance purposes:

Where we use your personal information in connection with the prospective or actual delivery of our Services, or receipt of products and services, the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract that we have (or potentially will have) with you or it is otherwise in our legitimate interest to use your data in order to supply our Services or receive products and services efficiently.

We do not monitor, control, or endorse the privacy practices of any third parties. This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal information collected by us through our Service and does not apply to these third party sites and third party service providers.
We keep your personal information for a period of 3 years from the date of our last interaction with you.
If your information is only useful for a short period e.g. for specific marketing campaigns we may delete it.
We are committed to keeping the personal information you provide to us secure and we will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from loss, misuse or alteration.
We have implemented information security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal information that we have under our control from:

Your right of access.

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information. As explained in the “How We Disclose Information We Collect” section above, we provide personal information to third-party advertising providers for targeted advertising purposes, so that we can provide you with more relevant and tailored ads regarding our services, and use related analytics partners to assist us in analyzing the effectiveness of our online ads. The disclosure of your personal information to these third parties to assist us in providing these services may be considered a “sale” of personal information under the CCPA, or, the “sharing” of your personal information for purposes of “cross-context behavioral advertising.”
